TK-203TS Series is equipped with 2 sets of injection units available to load 2 sets of molds on each station ; the majority of molds can be made in 2-pair design. This model is designed to cover the production of 1-color EVA mid-sole, slipper, sandal, unit sole...etc. While using EVA material E/R 1.6, it is recommended to adopt heating plate size 290550mm; while producing unit sole with EVA material E/R below 1.4, it is recommended to adopt heating plate size 330600mm in order to maintain 2-pair mold on large shoe sizes for higher productivity.
