C-Type mainly adopts #40 for proofing or producing vehicle aluminum wheel and provides high machining rate. Standard rapid rate of 3-axis is 36/36/32m/min (OP48/48/32m/min), with the standard BT-40 direct-driven spindle 12000rpm (Option: Oil-mist lubrication direct-driven spindle 15000rpm). Each 3 axis adopts #45 roller linear guideways, regarding to the Y-axis of base is designed with 2 roller linear guideways to support which provides much loading capacity, low friction and long lifetime. As for the wheel frame machining, C2 level ball screw with high accuracy and roller linear guideways provides high rigidity, high accuracy. Moreover, direct-driven spindle with 15000rpm oil-mist spindle is able to make excellent efficiency while machining and cutting perfectly.
