APX02 Series Plasma Exhaust Gas Treatment System Features

It can be integrated with various process equipment to effectively break down exhaust gases generated during production, converting them into lower-pollution substances such as carbon dioxide (CO₂) and nitrogen dioxide (NO₂) for direct emission or further treatment.

   With high-temperature plasma decomposition, the system is capable of treating gases that are typically difficult to process, such as perfluorocarbons (PFCs).
