Machine Structure
(1) The design of inverted T type and moving column enables the machine to operate stably to improve production quality and efficiency.
(2) The machine tool structural components are made of high-quality Meehanite cast iron, which undergoes secondary aging treatment to eliminate stress. This ensures strong support rigidity and stability, allowing the machine's accuracy to remain consistently stable over time.
(3) A/B axis: The transmission of A/B axis is mechanical with hydraulic brakes that provide high brake torque. The hydraulic brake torque for the A-axis motor on both the driving and driven sides is 1740 kgf-m, while the B-axis motor's hydraulic brake torque is 1600 kgf-m.
(4) Five axis simultaneously function
Swivel table: The swivel angle ranges from -30° to 150°, allowing for multi-directional machining.
X/Y/Z travel:1700/1650/1500mm
It is suitable for machining aerospace parts and large impeller products. The system can be upgraded to five-axis control for machining lightweight structural components for electric vehicles.
