This machine utilizes generally used air bags, for external moulds, therefore no ordering of external moulds are required. Only order of aluminum internal moulds according to shoe shapes are required.

PLC control provides accurate motion sequences, making final moulding effect perfect.

Air filling and discharge from the air bag is controlled through a series of air valves in combination with PLC. Vacuum shrinking device allows the air bag to be fast expanded after discharged, which helps to maintain a large working space and without friction on shoes. The air bag is manufactured from special material combined with the use of protective leather hood contribute to achieve a uperior pressing effect.

Available to select pressing time after air is filled into the air bag.

The work lamp is an optional accessory that not only provides lighting but also allows vamps to be positioned accurately.
