"DS Intelligent Tool Management System” has achieved the perfect software/hardware integration from three perspectives of "DS Intelligent Tool Warehouse", "DS Intelligent Tool Cart (DITC)" and "DS Intelligent Tool Management System". In this system, the DS Intelligent Tool Warehouse and Tool Management System have been integrated in the DITC, which can automatically configure required tools to the tool cart based on magnetic lock tool changes interlock mechanism and cloud intelligent tool change process flow. It can also integrate the tool storage and data management with automatic warehousing system in order to effectively configure proper tool to achieve better cost control, save tool searching time, and reduce manual judgment error.
