APX02 Series Plasma Exhaust Gas Treatment System Features
  1. High-Efficiency Pollutant Decomposition: The APX02 Series utilizes plasma technology to decompose air pollutants. It can be integrated with various process equipment to effectively break down exhaust gases generated during production, converting them into lower-pollution substances such as carbon dioxide (CO₂) and nitrogen dioxide (NO₂) for direct emission or further treatment. 
  2.  Effective Treatment of Difficult Gases: With high-temperature plasma decomposition, the system is capable of treating gases that are typically difficult to process, such as perfluorocarbons (PFCs). 
  3.  Low Operating Cost Design: The system uses cost-effective nitrogen (N₂) as the working gas, along with reasonably priced consumables, resulting in reduced overall operating costs. 
  4.  Fast Startup and High Efficiency: The equipment features rapid startup and requires only a very short warm-up time before it can begin treating exhaust gases, improving operational efficiency. 
  5.  Corrosion-Resistant Construction: The plasma reaction chamber is made of Hastelloy, offering excellent resistance to acidic gas corrosion, thereby extending equipment lifespan and enhancing reliability.
